Payment methods
Payment for products on our online store can be made with payment cards – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard, which support payment via the Internet, as well as cash on delivery. Payment by card is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Bank Intesa and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.
After entering the card details and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.
If it is not a digital product on a permanent carrier, the transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In case the payment is not completed, that is, the amount is not removed from the account within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiry of the period of 14 days, the money reserved in your account is released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.

Is shopping on our site safe?
Shopping is safe. All purchase data is visible only to the administrator. Your payment card data will be encrypted and only available to the bank that performs the transaction. Canceling a purchase after a transaction has been completed
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, when it comes to the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a permanent record carrier. By accepting these Terms of Use, you confirm that you are aware of the impossibility of canceling the purchase of the ordered content and the paid subscription, that is, you agree that by purchasing you lose the right to cancel the contract.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you have received the shipment and found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones, please contact our customer service at the email address: majayoga@gmail.com within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment at the latest, so that we can deliver the correct item to you.
Complaints about non-conformity of goods

In the shortest possible time, and no later than within 8 days from the day of receiving the complaint electronically, we will respond to the reported complaint and inform you about the further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of its submission.
Conformity of the goods to the contract is determined exclusively according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the corresponding declaration, i.e. the specification of the goods. Maja Milićević PR Internet sales Bliss&Peace Temerin, as a seller, is responsible for non-conformity of the goods with the contract that appears within two years from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer. If non-conformity occurs within 6 months from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer, it can be assumed that non-conformity existed at the time of transfer of risk to the consumer. All costs that are necessary to bring the goods into conformity with the contract, especially the costs of labor, material collection and delivery, are borne by the seller.
Refunds
